System Research in Energy| Zusammenfassung: | With a view to gradual switching of Ukrainian statistics to international standards, which are imposed by the UN and are already operating in EU countries, a new version of the International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities (ISIC 2010) is being introduced into State statistical activities. The article discusses differences between ISIC 2005 and ISIC 2010 and presents economic activities classification based on the European Union's existing classification NACE (Rev 2) and the previous NACE classification (Rev 1.1). Introducing new ISIC 2010 classification instead of ISIC 2005 particularises and, at the same time, complicates calculations of fuel and power consumption levels. In order to calculate these levels by economic activity, it is proposed that four groups of energy efficiency indicators be identified at different levels of economic management. A great number of various tasks is to be performed to identify energy efficiency indicators at different levels of the national economy's structure, such as reviewing existing energy efficiency indicators, identifying the most energy-intensive economic activities, studying and determining energy consumption levels based on economic development indicators, assessing the trends, etc. A database for energy efficiency indicators based on the new ISIC 2010 system has been established to conduct an efficient analysis of energy consumption. The information-logical structure of the database is presented. |
