System Research in Energy| Summary: | On the example of the Central Power System of Ukraine, we consider the possibility of using a present-day electrothermal complex (ETC), consisting of high-power electric boilers and intended for the regulation of load of the power system, at the CHP of Kyiv Power Complex. We show that the device of supervisory control of power system, due to carrying out the processes of regulation of the power of ETC, will be able to solve a series of problems topical for it and connected with the equalizing of load curve of the Kyiv Power Complex. This will also open a possibility to reach higher parameters of the energy and economic efficiency of operation of the Central Power System. |
