The paper presents the structure, working principle, and interface of the developed new computer program «SPROS», which enables one, to perform fast calculations of the projected demand for all types of fuel and energy with using the method of complex forecasting for different consumer groups at the selected hierarchical levels of economy structure. The program makes it possible to harmonize the predictions of energy consumption based on the forecasts at TOP- and DOWN-levels made by different methods for different parameters of energy efficiency. Our program takes into account the separately calculated potentials of energy saving caused by structural and technological changes in the economy and enables one to estimate the projected energy demand for different levels of economy structure with a high degree of convergence. У роботі представлено структуру, принцип роботи та інтерфейс розробленої нової комп’ютерної програми «SPROS», яка дозволяє швидко провести обчислення рівнів прогнозного попиту на всі види палива та енергії із застосуванням методу комплексного прогнозування для різних груп споживачів на вибраних ієрархічних рівнях побудови економіки. Розроблена програма дозволяє виконати узгодження прогнозів споживання енергоресурсів на основі прогнозів TOP- та DOWN-рівнів, виконаних різними методами за різними показниками енергоефективності з урахуванням обчислених окремо потенціалів енергозбереження від структурних і технологічних зрушень в економіці, та отримати розрахунки рівнів прогнозного попиту на енергоресурси для різних рівнів побудови економіки з високим ступенем збігання.
