The developed model takes into account the simultaneous consumption of separate coal grades under conditions of the limited possibilities of domestic coal mining and limited capacity of Ukrainian seaports. The implementations of balance of the supply and consumption of coal products is carried out through its import. Запропоновано розроблену структуру балансово-оптимізаційної моделі визначення обсягів власного видобутку та імпортування вугілля з урахуванням підвищення конкурентоспроможності галузі за рахунок зменшення собівартості видобутку вугілля на підприємствах державної форми власності після проведення заходів з їх реконструкції та модернізації. Розроблена модель враховує одночасне споживанням окремих марок вугілля в умовах обмежених можливостей власного видобутку та обмеженої пропускної здатності морських портів країни. Виконання балансу надходження та споживання вугільної продукції виконується за рахунок її імпортування.
