| description | We give the description and results of work of the new software suite, which is used for preparing initial data for calculations with applying input-output models. The suite enables one to aggregate data from input-output balance, which is developed annually by the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine in the format of MS Excel spreadsheets, and to process this information for determining the intermediate consumption factors. We present the calculated factors obtained with using data from the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine for 2012–2015 and Statistical Bureau of the European Union for 2005–2007. It is shown that data of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine cannot be used in input-output models due to significant discrepancies between the years, but, at the same time, EU data are completely suitable for use in the Leontieff model. |

Наведено опис та результати роботи нового програмно-інформаційного блоку «LEON», який використовується для підготовки вихідних даних для розрахунків з використанням моделей міжгалузевого балансу. Цей блок дозволяє агрегувати дані міжгалузевого балансу, який щорічно розробляється Державною службою статистики України у форматі електронних таблиць MS Excel, та проводити обробку даної інформації з метою визначення коефіцієнтів проміжного споживання. Наведено розраховані коефіцієнти з використанням даних Держстату України за 2012–2015 роки та даних Статистичного бюро Європейського Союзу за 2005–2007 роки. Показано, що дані Держстату України не можуть бути використані у моделях міжгалузевого балансу через значні розбіжності за роками, водночас, дані Євросоюзу виявляються повністю придатними для використання у моделі Леонтьєва.
