System Research in Energy| Резюме: | The siate of carrying out the Comprehensive State Program of Energy Conservation of Ukraine is analyzed. It has been shown that the state of energy efficiency in the national economy is gradually improving, however, realization of the foreseen financing volumes does not exceed 20%. It demonstrates that the achieved economy indices have resulted from low-cost measures, which cannot have a steady character. In view of the fact it is expedient to introduce additions to the program ss regards incentive mechanisms for energy conservation and investments into this sphere. |
