У статті представлено концепт створення експериментального зразка гідрофізичного програмно-технологічного комплексу як складової майбутньої Системи оброблення та зберігання інформаційних ресурсів на базі суднового модульного комплексу технічних засобів збору та оброблення гідрофізичних параметрів морського середовища, розміщеного на борту науководослідницького судна "Гідробіолог" НАН України, а також берегового приймального центру інтелектуальної інформаційної системи висвітлення гідрографічної обстановки в Чорному морі Державної установи "Науковий гідрофізичний центр Національної академії наук України".
