The purpose of the article is to explain the developed methodological recommendations on the formation of rules (instructions) for the processing of scientific and technical reports and observation data obtained during marine (river) scientific research. Methodological recommendations have been developed with a view to providing practical and methodological assistance in the processing of marine scientific research data for the most efficient preparation of reporting documents and the processing of observation data. The proposed methodological recommendations will make it possible to improve the current methods for providing information on the research carried out. Метою статті є роз’яснення розроблених методичних рекомендацій щодо формування правил (інструкцій) оформлення науково-технічних звітів і даних спостережень, отриманих під час морських (річкових) наукових досліджень: інформації про виконання експедиційних наукових досліджень на науково-дослідницьких суднах і повного заключного науково-технічного звіту про виконані морські наукові дослідження. Методичні рекомендації розроблено з метою надання практичної та методичної допомоги в оформленні даних морських наукових досліджень з метою найбільш ефективної підготовки звітних документів та оформлення даних спостережень. Запропоновані методичні рекомендації дозволять фахівцям у галузі океанографії вдосконалити діючі методики з надання інформації про виконані експедиційні наукові дослідження.
