The article describes stages and main results of scientific and technical research carried out in 2020-2022 by a team of scientists and qualified oceanographers of the State Institution "Scientific Hydrophysical Centre of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" (with the assistance of hydrographers of the State Institution "State Hydrography" of the State Service of Marine and Inland Water Transport and Shipping of Ukraine and the Center of Navigation, Hydrography and Hydrometeorology of the Hydrographic Service of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine) within the framework of research work on the creation of an experimental sample of a hydrophysical software and technological complex as a component of processing and storage system of information resources in the interests of ensuring the implementation of scientific component of naval activity to achieve the desired result.
