Problems in programming| Summary: | The multi-tour expert evaluation procedure protocol for organizing of interaction between business-based viewpoints on the strategic management decisions is proposed an investigated. Under unsatisfied properties of the generalized evaluation obtained the next tour takes place with arising of the informing about another viewpoints positions, with evaluation of the risks of disagreements that were shown and with partly harmonizing of the positions. The formal analysis of the viewpoints ontologies and the retrospection of previous affined expert investigations used for choice of the method and information context for the next tour. The system of statistic hypothesis attaching to the conceptually based, retrospective and currently shown interrelations between expert opinions is considered. The results of such hypothesis testing define the choice of methods and information links for the next expert tour.Problems in programming 2010; 4: 33-42 |
