Technology for optimized transmission of visuals via Internet

A method for transmission via Internet an animation containing visuals in sign language has been suggested. The method provides an effective way to transfer custom media data to the client’s computer. A principle of data transfer optimization has been applied.Problems in programming 2009; 3: 73-80
