Приведены результаты наблюдений с помощью харьковского радара некогерентного рассеяния высотно-временныхвариаций относительной концентрации ионов водорода для четырех сезонов в период максимума 23-го цикла солнечнойактивности. Проведено сравнение полученных результатов с результатами наблюдений в период минимума солнечнойактивности и с данными модели IRI-2012.
