A. The stationary axisymmetric force-free magnetosphere of a pulsaris considered. The well-known pulsar equation is generalizedso as to allow for the sheet of closing current at the neutron starsurface. As a result of simplification of the pulsar equation closeto the magnetic axis we find the axial magnetic flux function,which links the neutron star interior to the force-free magnetosphereup to infinity. Using this function as a starting approximation,we solve the complete pulsar equation in the polar region,obtain the self-consistent current and magnetic flux functionsat infinity and show their uniqueness. With the currentfunction obtained we find the self-consistent flux function at thetop of the current sheet and demonstrate its distinctness fromthe dipolar function inside the neutron star. This result impliesthe necessity to reconsider the standard set of boundary conditionsin the problem of the pulsar force-free magnetosphere. Рассмотрена стационарная осесимметричная бессиловая магнитосфера пульсара. Проведено обобщение известного пульсарного уравнения с тем, чтобы учесть слой замыкающего тока на поверхности нейтронной звезды. В результате упрощения пульсарного уравнения вблизи магнитной оси найдена осевая функция магнитного потока, которая связывает внутренность нейтронной звезды с бессиловой магнитосферой в области вплоть до бесконечности. Используя эту функцию в качестве начального приближения, решаем полное пульсарное уравнение в полярной области, находим самосогласованные функции тока и магнитного потока на бесконечности и показываем их единственность. С помощью полученной токовой функции находим самосогласованную функцию магнитного потока непосредственно над токовым слоем и демонстрируем ее отличие от дипольной функции внутри нейтронной звезды. Этот результат означает необходимость пересмотра стандартного набора граничных условий в задаче о бессиловой магнитосфере пульсара.
