The influence of Earth’s ionosphere on statistic characteristicsof compact space sources scintillations (cross-correlationfunction of scintillations at two frequencies, cross-correlationfunction of scintillations at two radio telescopes, power spectrumof scintillations, probability density function of scintillations)has been experimentally estimated at decameter wavelength.A new method for selection of interplanetary scintillationsfrom experimental data obtained with the URAN systemradio telescopes has been developed. Сделана экспериментальная оценка влияния ионосферы Земли на статистические характеристики мерцаний компактных космических источников в декаметровом диапазоне радиоволн (кросс-корреляционную функцию мерцаний на двух частотах, кросс-корреляционную функцию мерцаний на разнесенных радиотелескопах, энергетический спектр мерцаний, плотность распределения вероятностей мерцаний). Разработана новая методика выделения межпланетных мер-цаний из данных наблюдений на радиотелескопах системы УРАН.
