A novel technique is suggested to decreasethis effect on the results of recovering the characteristics ofionospheric scintillations from data of DCS observations byimaging HF riometers. The method is based on cross-correlationprocessing of outputs from the riometer adjacent beams. Theoperability and efficiency of the suggested technique are illustratedby the results of in-situ measurements made using the64-beam riometer located near the Gakona Village (Alaska, USA). Исследовано влияние флуктуаций интенсивности галактического космического фона на точность определения спектральных характеристик ионосферных мерцаний дискретных космических источников (ДКИ). Предложена оригинальная методика снижения такого влияния на результаты восстановления характеристик ионосферных мерцаний по данным наблюдений ДКИ с использованием панорамных ВЧ риометров, основанная на межлучевой корреляционнойобработке. Работоспособность и эффективность предложенной методики проиллюстрирована результатами натурных измерений, выполненных с использованием 64-лучевого риометра, расположенного вблизи пос. Гакона (Аляска, США).
