Zusammenfassung:A method of measurements of radio source flux density usedwith the decameter wavelength interferometer network URAN.The procedure of antenna gain calibration of radio telescopes byusing the emission of powerful radio sources and radio astronomytechnique is suggested. An experimental dependence of themeasured flux on scintillation index is used to account for spatialaveraging by large arrays of phase fluctuations of the field whichare caused by the influence of the ionosphere.
