PHEMTS AS CIRCUIT ELEMENTS FOR LOW-POWER-CONSUMPTION RECEIVERS/AMPLIFIERS OPERATING IN A WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE ENVIRONMENT
The PHEMTs are proposed to be used as circuit elements for low-power-consumption microwave (1− 4 GHz) amplifiers operating in a wide temperature range environment.
