Zusammenfassung:Using the decomposition method, a spectral problem on determination the propagation constants of the TM eigenmodes of a periodic waveguide formed by the reflective diffraction grating with rectangular grooves filled with metamaterial that have negative dielectric constant is solved. In a wide range of the waveguide parameters a theoretical study of the dispersion characteristics behavior of eigenmodes is conducted. It is established that a change in the grating geometric parameters and the metamaterial characteristic frequency the Bragg effects may hold.
