Some characteristic features of the solar wind geoeffective flows on the decline of the 23rd cycle of solar activity are determined. In particular, the speed of the solar wind geoeffective flows during the observation periods is shown to be on the average lower, and the spatial fluctuations spectrum index higher than that for the quasistationary high-speed solar wind. Статья посвящена сопоставлению полученных из наблюдений 2003–2005 гг. параметров солнечного ветра с геомагнитным индексом Аp. Определены некоторые характерные черты пото- ков солнечного ветра, вызвавших геомагнитные возмущения на спаде 23-го цикла солнечной активности. В частности, показано, что значения скорости для потоков солнечного ветра, вызвавших в периоды наблюдений геомагнитные возмущения, в среднем ниже, а показателя пространственного спектра флуктуаций электронной концентрации выше, чем для квазистационарного высокоскоростного солнечного ветра.
