Статья посвящена сопоставлению полученных из наблюдений 2003–2005 гг. параметров солнечного ветра с геомагнитным индексом Аp. Определены некоторые характерные черты пото- ков солнечного ветра, вызвавших геомагнитные возмущения на спаде 23-го цикла солнечной активности. В частности, показано, что значения скорости для потоков солнечного ветра, вызвавших в периоды наблюдений геомагнитные возмущения, в среднем ниже, а показателя пространственного спектра флуктуаций электронной концентрации выше, чем для квазистационарного высокоскоростного солнечного ветра.
