Приведены результаты статистического анализа временных вариаций доплеровских спектров(ДС) радиосигналов на вертикальных трассах. Для зондирования ионосферы использовался доплеровский радар ВЧ диапазона. Анализ ДС проведен для дня солнечного затмения 1 августа 2008 г. и фоновых дней. Оценены статистические характеристики ДС и параметров турбулентной ионосферы. Показано, что затмение вызвало значительные возмущения в ионосфере.
