Анализируются квазипериодические вариации мощности некогерентно рассеянных сигналов, вызванные волновыми возмущениями в ионосфере, в день частного (фаза около 0.42) солнечного затмения и в фоновый день. Для спектрального анализа использовались оконное преобразование Фурье, адаптивное преобразование Фурье и вейвлет-анализ. Показано, что в день солнечного затмения и в фоновый день спектральные характеристики волновых возмущений в диапазоне высот 100÷500 км заметно отличались. Изменения спектрального состава начинались после наступления фазы максимального покрытия диска Солнца и продолжались не менее 2 ч.
