У представленій системі обґрунтовано функціональні взаємозв'язки між величинами можливої похибки визначення технологічних втрат електроенергії в електричних мережах і якістю їх інформаційного супроводу; за останньою ознакою виділено кількість виміряних параметрів і частоту їх представлення. Корисність отриманих результатів може стати досить відчутною при застосуванні для розподільчих мереж низького рівня напруги, де припустимо сконцентрована найбільша (до 70-80%) частка технологічних втрат і де на думку більшості експертів величина втрат визначається як "надзвичайно висока".
