| description | The dynamics of energy efficiency parameters as well as the components of fuel and energy balance of Ukraine is analyzed from the viewpoint of their influence on security of national economy by own power resources. The international comparisons are carried out. As it is shown, the most radical changes of energy intensity of the Ukrainian GDP have taken place in 1998-2001 that is caused at a legislative level by influence of institution and regulative actions mainly. Since 2002 reduction of energy intensity of GDP is predetermined by a simple gain of GDP. Nevertheless, significant improvement of parameters energy intensity of GDP during last years practically is not transformed to increase of power safety of the state. Necessity of observance of a system principle is emphasized under the development and realization of nation-wide programs in power sphere. |

Проаналізовано динаміку показників енергоефективності та складових паливно-енергетичного балансу України з огляду на їхній вплив на забезпеченість національної економіки власними енергоресурсами. Проведено міжнародні порівняння. Показано, що найбільш радикальні зміни енергоємності ВВП відбулися у 1998-2001 рр., що зумовлено на законодавчому рівні заходами переважно інституційного та регулятивного характеру. Наголошено на необхідності дотримання системного принципу при розробці та реалізації загальнодержавних проблем в енергетичній сфері.
