Запропоновано концептуальні засади та принципи формування оптимальних балансів паливно-енергетичних ресурсів у загальносистемній постановці за умов конкуренції в енергетиці. Вдосконалено принципи побудови матрично-топологічної моделі міжпродуктового балансу та алгоритм розрахунку технологічних втрат у транспортних мережах для цієї моделі. Розглянуто напрями вдосконалення нормативно-правової бази техніко-економічного регулювання діяльності підприємств паливно-енергетичного комплексу в ринкових умовах.
