On the prediction of erosive wear of the heat-transfer surfaces of boiler equipment
We propose a new method for the prediction of erosive wear of a heat-transfer surface as particle-laden gas medium flows about it. To determine the characteristics of particles at the instant of their collision with the surface, we have developed a model of flow with regard for the Magnus, Saffman,...
