Розглянуто джерела надходження і параметри технологічної та енергетичної пари, вторинних енергетичних ресурсів, можливі напрями їх використання для заміщення теплопостачання від ТЕЦ і котельних. Виділено фактори, що впливають на споживання пари в процесах нафтопереробки, заходи, що дозволять знизити споживання теплоенергії в нафтопереробній промисловості, шляхи додаткового виробництва електроенергії при зниженні теплової потужності промислової ТЕЦ.
