Наведено моделі життєвого циклу, які дозволяють враховувати особливості розрахунку вартісних показників у задачах прогнозування розвитку електроенергетичних систем за ринкових умов їх функціонування. Для врахування невизначеності вхідної інформації з метою моделювання майбутніх умов функціонування та розвитку об'єктів i систем електроенергетики запропоновано використовувати стохастичний метод.
