| description | The article identifies the environmental factors and the environmental efficiency indices, which can affect the energy efficiency indices and, subsequently, the energy saving potentials. The increase in environmental taxes can be one of the factors that will stimulate the introduction of energy saving measures. Therefore, we may assume that environmental taxes are a factor that indirectly affects the production energy consumption.In the developed method of determination of the energy consumption of the measures aimed at the environmental management, we have calculated the energy consumptions for the productions of cement, pig iron, and coke and their share in the direct production energy consumption. We have determined also the impact on energy saving potentials in the cement industry and in the Donetsk region (due to the introduction of energy saving measures in the blast-furnace, coke, and cement productions). To date, the energy consumption for the operation of a waste disposal equipment is up to 1% of the direct production energy consumption. To attain the European environmental normatives, which are new for Ukraine, at the factories, it is necessary to install a new or additional waste disposal equipment. This will lead to an increase in the energy consumption by 2-3% of the production energy consumption and, consequently, to a decrease in the energy saving potentials. It is established that the overall decrease in the energy saving potentials amounts to 6%, by depending on the production type and the purification degree. |

У статті визначено екологічні фактори та показники екологічної ефективності, що можуть впливати на показники енергетичної ефективності та, у подальшому, на потенціали енергозбереження. Збільшення екологічних податків може буде одним з факторів, який стимулюватиме впровадження енергозберігаючих заходів, тому можна вважати, що екологічні податки є фактором, який опосередковано впливатиме на енергоємність продукції.За розробленою методикою визначення енергоємності заходів з охорони навколишнього середовища розраховано зазначені енерговитрати при виробництві цементу, чавуну та коксу, а також їх частку у прямій енергоємності продукції, вплив на потенціали енергозбереження у цементному виробництві та у Донецькій області (за рахунок впровадження енергозберігаючих заходів у доменному, коксохімічному та цементному виробництвах). На сьогоднішній день енергетичні витрати на функціонування очисного обладнання становлять до 1% від прямих енергетичних витрат на виробництво продукції. Для досягнення нових для України європейських екологічних нормативів на підприємствах необхідно встановлювати нове або додаткове очисне обладнання, що приведе до збільшення енергоспоживання ним до 2–3% від енерговитрат на виробництво продукції та, відповідно, до зменшення потенціалів енергозбереження. Встановлено, що в цілому зменшення потенціалів енергозбереження становитиме до 6 % залежно від виду виробництва та ступеня очистки.
