| description | The account for the energy safety factors in the models of state’s economy supply with fuel should be done at the stage of the modeling of flows and the volume redistribution between exporters. The total amount of imports should be limited with regard to that of domestic productions.The proposed methods of accounting for the requirements of energy safety are based on the concept of energy safety factors, together with their threshold values and are represented in the form of linear constraints of the linear programming problem.Linear constraints formed by the energy safety factors are expressed in terms of the variable volumes of products in the model of country’s supply with fuel, which is a model of the production type and is based on the concept of Kantorovich’s production activity.Applied to the abstract network of fuel supply with the use of the network analogies to generalize the ways of structuring the production activity, this model contains all the necessary structural tools to consider the energy safety indicators, which are determined by the functioning of a fuel supply system. |

Врахування вимог енергетичної безпеки в моделях паливозабезпечення економіки держави має здійснюватись вже на етапі моделювання потоків та балансів палив. Це випливає з необхідності перерозподілення обсягів між країнами-експортерами або обмеження загальної величини імпорту при одночасному зростанні власного видобутку.Запропоновані методи врахування вимог енергетичної безпеки базуються на представленні факторів енергетичної безпеки разом з їх пороговими значеннями у вигляді лінійних обмежень задачі лінійного програмування.Лінійні обмеження, утворені факторами енергетичної безпеки, виражаються через змінні обсяги продуктів моделі паливозабезпечення країни, що є моделлю виробничого типу, побудованою на основі поняття технологічного способу Канторовича.В застосуванні до абстрактної мережі паливозабезпечення з використанням мережних аналогій для узагальнення способів структурування технологічних способів, ця модель містить всі необхідні конструктивні засоби врахування показників енергетичної безпеки, які визначаються функціонуванням системи паливозабезпечення.
