| description | A number of important factors (energy security, economic efficiency, joining the European energy system) necessitate the development of a full-fledged, highly efficient system of automatic frequency and power regulation in the structure of the UES of Ukraine. The article presents the results of the research on the organization of the structure of the SARCP according to the traditional approach (using generators-regulators for control) and the structure based on consumers-regulators. It has been proven that according to the main technical and economic indicators (amounts of necessary capital investments, net profit, payback period of capital investments, reduction of natural gas consumption (energy security), emissions of harmful substances) the structure of the SARCP based on consumers-regulators is undoubtedly better than the system with traditional structure. |

Низка важливих чинників (енергетична безпека, економічна ефективність, приєднання до європейської енергосистеми) зумовлюють необхідність розроблення в структурі ОЕС України повноцінної, високоефективної системи автоматичного регулювання частоти і потужності (САРЧП). В статті наведені результати дослідження з організації структури САРЧП за традиційним підходом (використання для управління генераторів-регуляторів) та структури на основі споживачів-регуляторів. Доведено, що за основними техніко-економічними показниками (обсяги необхідних капіталовкладень, чистий прибуток, термін окупності капіталовкладень, скорочення споживання природного газу (енергетична безпека), викиди шкідливих речовин) структура САРЧП на основі споживачів-регуляторів є безсумнівно кращою за систему з традиційною структурою.
