description Based on the analysis of control systems of the diurnal electric-load diagrams in the Integrated Power System of Ukraine, we have drawn a conclusion on the necessity of creating new, more efficient means. We have considered the control systems based on electric heat-generators (electric boilers and heat pumps) as consumers-regulators. We describe some results of the estimation of the economic characteristics of new control systems. We have shown a very high economic efficiency of new systems, whose payback period (depending on the version of application) is from 0.3 to 6.3 yr.  This is much lower than the alternative variant of project of Kanev hydro-accumulating electric station with a payback about 25 yr.

На основі аналізу систем регулювання добових графіків електричних навантажень в Об’єднаній енергосистемі України зроблено висновок про необхідність створення нових більш ефективних засобів. Розглянуті системи регулювання на основі електричних теплогенераторів (електрокотлів та теплонасосних установок) як споживачів-регуляторів. Приведені результати оцінок щодо економічних характеристик нових систем регулювання. Показана надвисока економічна ефективність нових систем, терміни окупності яких (у залежності від варіантів застосування) становлять від 0,3 року до 6,3 років, що значно менше альтернативного варіанта Канівської ГАЕС з терміном окупності майже 25 років.
