Проаналізовано переваги і недоліки кожного підходу у порівнянні з іншими. Наведено огляд досвіду ефективного використання вуглецевого оподаткування як одного з підходів до державного регулювання викидів парникових газів. Проаналізовано поточну ситуацію в Україні і розроблено рекомендації щодо ефективного застосування вуглецевого податку в Україні. Запропоновано підходи до визначення розмірів вуглецевого податку.
