description We perform a detailed analysis of "night failures" of the schedules of electrical loads during different periods of 2016 in order to determine the main dependences and factors that will affect the possibility of equalizing consumption with the help of electric heat generators. It is proposed to approximate this part of the schedule by a polynomial of the second degree. For each month of 2016, we determined the average coefficients of approximation function and their relative deviations.  We also study the influence of temperature of external air and duration of the light day on night failure of the load of UPS.  We determined correlation coefficients and propose analytical expressions, which enable one to take into account this influence in the first approximation. We find the maximal rates of power changes in the UPS of Ukraine during the night failure and the factors of influence on them.The results obtained will enable the power system dispatchers to predict the required power of electric heat-generators and the rate of its changes during night failures and the controllers of DHS – to change the heat output of boilers.

Проведено детальний аналіз «нічних провалів» ГЕН в різні періоди 2016 р. Запропоновано апроксимувати цю частину графіка поліномом другого ступеня. Для кожного місяця 2016 р. визначені середні коефіцієнти функції апроксимації та їх відносні відхилення. Досліджено вплив температури зовнішнього повітря та тривалості світлового дня на нічний провал ГЕН. Визначено коефіцієнти кореляції та запропоновано аналітичні вирази, які дозволяють в першому наближенні враховувати  цей вплив.   Визначено максимальні швидкості зміни потужності в ОЕС України під час нічного провалу та фактори впливу на них.Отримані результати дозволять диспетчерам енергосистеми спрогнозувати необхідні величини потужності електричних теплогенераторів та швидкість їх змін під час нічних провалів ГЕН, а диспетчерам СЦТ – зміну теплопродуктивності котлів.
