Розглянуто чинні європейські Директиви 2009/28/EC, 2009/125/EC, 2010/30/ЄС, 2010/31/EU, відповідні їм Регламенти та інші нормативно-правових документи, а також міжнародні стандарти щодо теплових насосів, наявність яких підтверджує широкомасштабне практичне застосування теплових насосів у світі. Показано ступінь їх впровадження в Україні. Визначено необхідність активного впровадження в Україні національних стандартів щодо теплових насосів, гармонізованих з міжнародними, що сприятиме імплементації зазначених європейських Директив та відповідних Регламентів.
