The objective of this study is to use the achievements of the past for the preparation of а qualitatively new opportunities for the future.  Стратиграфія і математичні методи в геології є такими, що взаємно доповнюють одна одну, синергетичними областями знань. Їх методологічне об'єднання породжує емерджентний, якісно новий стан ефективного інструменту для прогнозу пошукових об'єктів на нафту і газ.
