Within the framework of consideration of a modern condition of theory of origin of oil furnished proofs of deep genesis of hydrocarbons. Questions of a condition of practice and methodology of searches of oil are considered, problems of forthcoming researches in development theories of an origin of oil are formulated, and the program of researches is planned in the field of forecasting, methods and technologies of searches for oil, investigation and development of deep oil. The report is finished with the program of researches within the framework of the Project «Deep oil» on maintenance of searches and development of deep oil.   У статті розглядаються деякі аспекти сучасного стану теорії походження нафти, практики та методології пошуків нафти, а також визначено основні завдання майбутніх досліджень в рамках проекту «Глибинна нафта», складовим елементом якого є організація і проведення конференції «Кудрявцівські читання». У рамках розгляду сучасного стану теорії походження нафти наводяться докази її глибинного генезису. Розглядаються питання стану практики і методології пошуків нафти, сформульовані завдання майбутніх досліджень з розвитку теорії глибинного походження нафти, визначена програма досліджень в галузі прогнозування нафтогазоносності надр, методів і технологій пошуків, розвідки й освоєння глибинної нафти.
