Especially important thing is their part in exploring continental intraplate geostructures-grabens and rifts to which belong majority of oil and gas world’s basins.56Тектоніка і стратиграфія, 2017, вип. 44By the example of Dnipro-Donets paleorift are demonstrated relevance and practical significance of tectonic surveys in diagnosis of tectonic movements’ types, reconstructions of tectonic tension’s fields of rock with the aim to forecast modern stretching zones which control ways of hydrocarbons’ migration and zones of commercial oil and gas accumulation which are characterized by high density of commercial objects and high levels of petroleum potential in the bowels of the oil and gas world’s basins.
