Harland, astronomy and regional geology data, a geodynamic scale of the cyclical nature of geological processes in expansion-compression modes with an accuracy of determining the dates of catastrophic extinctions - 01 million years is built, which significantly exceeds all known variants of geochronological scales, the accuracy of which lies in the range of 0.8-2 million years. In addition, the scale has an element of geodynamics and clearly separates in time the various conditions for the development of the processes of expansion and contraction of the earth's crust. Cycles of various ranks from the fourth order to the Global Galactic are clearly fixed in time by their expansion-compression modes. Ґрунтуючись на формалізованих розрахунках масиву катастрофічних вимирань живих організмів у фанерозої У. Харленда, даних астрономії та регіональної геології, побудовано геодинамічну шкалу циклічності геологічних процесів у режимах розширення-стиснення з точністю визначення дат катастрофічних вимирань – 0,1 млн років, що набагато перевищує всі відомі варіанти геохронологічних шкал, точність яких становить 0,8-2 млн років. Крім того, шкала має елемент геодинаміки й чітко розділяє в часі різні умови розвитку процесів розширення та стиснення земної кори. Цикли різних рангів від четвертого порядку до Глобального Галактичного чітко зафіксовані в часі своїми режимами розширення-стиснення.
