For the first time, two foraminifera zones have been established in the Santonian sediments in the region under investigation: the Gavelinella infrasantonica of the Lower Santonian and the Gavelinella stelligera of the Upper Santonian. The Gavelinella infrasantonica zone is divided into subzones: the lower one is Stensioeina exculpta and the upper one is Eponides concinnus plana. A correlation was made between the foraminifer’s and macrofaunistic zones of the Northern outskirts of Donbas. The distribution of foraminifera zones was established in local subsuites. The comparison of the foraminifera of these zones with species was carried out. The International stratigraphic scale of 2008 and their correlation with the zones of adjacent territories. Проаналізовано систематичний склад сантонських комплексів форамініфер із чотирьох розрізів Північної окраїни Донбасу. Уперше в досліджуваному регіоні в сантонських відкладах установлено дві форамініферові зони: Gavelinella infrasantonica нижнього сантону і Gavelinella stelligera верхнього сантону. Зона Gavelinella infrasantonica поділена на підзони: нижню – Stensioeina exculpta і верхню – Eponides concinnus plana. Проведено кореляцію форамініферових і макрофауністичних зон Північної окраїни Донбасу. Установлено розподіл форамініферових зон у місцевих підсвітах. Зіставлено форамініфери цих зон з видами Міжнародної стратиграфічної шкали 2008 р. та здійснено їхню кореляцію із зонами суміжних територій.
