Описаны и проанализированы основные природные (гидрологометеорологические и геоморфологические) факторы и влияние антропогенной деятельности человека на компоненты окружающей среды, которые в совокупности являются определяющими факторами формирование опасных ситуаций: оползней, паводков (на примере верхнего течения реки Днестр). Описано та проаналізовано основні природні (гідрологометеорологічні та геоморфологічні) чинники та вплив антропогенної діяльності людини на компоненти навколишнього середовища, що в сукупності є визначальними факторами формування небезпечних ситуацій: зсувів, паводків (на прикладі ділянки верхньої течії річки Дністер).
