Описаны и проанализированы основные природные (гидрологометеорологические и геоморфологические) факторы и влияние антропогенной деятельности человека на компоненты окружающей среды, которые в совокупности являются определяющими факторами формирование опасных ситуаций: оползней, паводков (на примере верхнего течения реки Днестр).
