As a result of the comparison of US geological and geophysical information with the data of the Canadian, Scandinavian and other shields of the planet, a stable assumption about the similarity of their development history arose. It was for understanding the structure of US that the key structural question was not solved - which complexes of natural associations, and why, lie on different denudation sections of it. In numerous described facies, and then in the formations, the questions of the geological development of the shield were not solved. In this work, an attempt is made to clarify some of these issues. Гранито-гнейсовые купола Среднего Приднепровья были обнаружены по данным гравитационного и магнитного полей, поскольку Украинский щит оказался значительно денудирован и перекрыт плащом осадочных образований различной мощности. В результате сопоставления геолого-геофизической информации УЩ с данными Канадского, Скандинавского и других щитов планеты возникло устойчивое предположение о сходстве их истории развития. Именно для понимания строения УЩ не решался основной структурный вопрос – какие комплексы природных ассоциаций, и почему именно, залегают на различных денудационных его срезах. Во множественных описанных фациях, а впоследствии и формациях не решались вопросы геологического развития щита. В данной работе сделана попутка прояснить некоторые из этих вопросов. Граніто-гнейсові куполи Середнього Придніпров’я були виявлені за даними гравітаційного та магнітного полів, оскільки Український щит виявився значно денудований та перекритий плащем осадових утворень різної потужності. В результаті зіставлення геолого-геофізичної інформації Українського щита з даними Канадського, Скандинавського та інших щитів планети виникло стійке припущення щодо схожості їхньої історії розвитку. Конкретно для розуміння будови УЩ не вирішувалось основне структурне питання – які комплекси природних асоціацій, і чому саме, залягають на різних денудаційних його різах. В численних описаних фаціях, а згодом і формаціях не вирішувались питання геологічного розвитку щита. В даній роботі зроблена спроба прояснити деякі з цих питань.
