Выполнено сравнение распространения и интенсивности засух за 2007 и 2013 гг. на территории Украины, определенных по метеорологическим и спутниковым данным. Использовались: метеорологический индекс – гидротермический коэффициент Селянинова (ГТК) и индекс засухи ID (index of Drought) - по дистанционным данным. Обсуждаются особенности распространения и интенсивность засух, установленные в результате совместного анализа метеорологических и спутниковых индексов. Виконано порівняння розповсюдження та інтенсивності посух за 2007 та 2013 рр. на території України, визначених за метеорологічними та супутниковими даними. Використовувались: метеорологічний індекс – гідротермічний коефіцієнт Селянинова (ГТК) та індекс посухи ID (index of Drought) - за дистанційними даними. Обговорюються особливості розповсюдження та інтенсивність посух, встановлені в результаті сумісного аналізу метеорологічних і супутникових індексів.
