| description | The morphology of nanostructures formed in non-stoichiometric CdI2 crystals has been studied, by using the atomic force microscopy methods. The features in the phase composition of nanostructures are analyzed with the help of Raman and infrared absorption spectroscopies. The influence of the researched nanostructures on the optical characteristics of non-stoichiometric CdI2 crystals is analyzed. |

Методами атомно-силової мiкроскопiї дослiджено морфологiю нанорозмiрних структур, якi формуються у нестехiометричних кристалах СdI2. Встановлено iснування граничної концентрацiї надстехiометричних атомiв кадмiю (0,1 мол.%), при якiй спостерiгається змiна морфологiї. Особливостi фазового складу сформованих наноструктур вивчалися методами комбiнацiйного розсiяння свiтла та iнфрачервоного поглинання. Проаналiзовано вплив цих наноструктур на оптичнi характеристики нестехiометричних кристалiв СdI2.
