The parameters of bound states and the nature of resonance states imbedded in the three-cluster continuum are investigated in detail. Спектр зв’язаних та резонансних станiв дзеркальних ядер 11B i 11C дослiджено в рамках мiкроскопiчної трикластерної моделi, яка поєднує в собi метод резонуючих груп та метод гiперсферичних гармонiк. Ця модель залучає базис гiперсферичних гармонiк для нумерацiї каналiв трикластерного континууму та реалiзацiї необхiдних граничних умов. Детально вивчено спектр зв’язаних станiв ядер 11B i 11C та визначено параметри, якi характеризують форму i розмiри ядер у цих станах. Розраховано спектр резонансних станiв, що зануренi в трикластерний континуум a + a+ 3H i a + a+ 3He та встановлено домiнуючi канали розпаду таких станiв. Виявлено дуже вузькi резонанси, якi є аналогом станiв Хойла.
