Ми розглядаємо систему двох частинок у некомутативному просторi, який є сферично-симетричним. Показується, що координати центра мас та координати вiдносного руху задовольняють некомутативну алгебру з вiдповiдними ефективними тензорами некомутативностi. Атом водню вивчається як двочастинкова система. Ми знаходимо поправки до енергетичних рiвнiв атома з точнiстю до другого порядку за параметром некомутативностi.
