Дослiджено рiвнi енергiї та ймовiрностi переходiв B(E2; ↓) i B(M1; ↓) для iзотопiв 21,23Na з використанням USDA i USDB взаємодiй в моделi sd-оболонки. В розрахунках передбачалося, що всi можливi багатонуклоннi конфiгурацiї визначаються 0d5/2, 1s1/2 i 0d3/2 станами над двiчi магiчним ядром 16O. Теоретичнi передбачення рiвнiв добре узгоджуються з експериментальними даними. Пiдтверджено значення спiнiв i парнiсть для нових рiвнiв, передбачено ймовiрностi переходiв B(E2; ↓) i B(M1; ↓).
