Енергетична залежність народження адронів у релятивістських ядро-ядерних зіткненнях демонструє декілька аномалій. Ці аномалії були передбачені як сигнали фазового перетворення деконфайнмента, а потім підтвердженні в експериментахпо Pb + Pb зіткненням колаборацією NA49 у ЦЕРНі на прискорювачі SPS. Початок деконфайнмента у центральних ядро-ядерних зіткненнях має місце при енергії приблизно рівній 30 АГеВ.
