Summary: | Equations for particles with spin S = 0 and S = 1 are presented in the form of a system of two Dirac equations with additional conditions (constraints) imposed on the components of the wave functions. In case of identical masses (or at the high-energy limit, where the difference in mass is negligible), the joint system of equations is formulated having particular solutions coinciding with those for spin S = 0 and S = 1 cases, and simultaneously being the two Dirac equations for two independent particles with spin S = 1/2. A principle of constructing the equations for a particle with an arbitrary spin in the spinor representation is proposed. |
