Irregular elliptic boundary-value problems and Hörmander spaces

We study nonregular elliptic problems with boundary conditions of higher orders and prove that these problems are Fredholm on appropriate pairs of the inner-product H¨ormander spaces that form a two-sided refined Sobolev scale.
